Human Worlds

Our human lives are filled with powerful inspirations, profound meanings and challenging mysteries. Traditional philosophy and science has not been able to deal with these rich elements of our experience since it has focused on general ideas and factual data. The result of this is a situation where formal human thought has tended to be cold and lifeless, missing the most important elements of human life.

It is the contention of this book that we can discover these rich elemants of human experience through a sensitivity to the many human worlds that make up our live. Can we thik in such a way that we become aware of the mysteries of these worlds? Can we come to sense the complexity of our lives, dispersed as they are in an almost limitless number of worlds? Such a sensitivity will invigorate our lives and lead us to live in many fresh, frofound ways.
