About the Author:
Joan Marie Arbogast has been involved in education and ministry in her parish for twenty-five years. An avid crafter, she has also worked part-time in the children's room of her local library making crafts with kids. Her family activities and crafts have appeared in Catholic Parent, Today's Christian Woman, and Woman's Day. Her articles and poems have been published in My Friend: A Catholic Magazine for Kids, Bible Pathways for Kids, Shining Star, Guideposts for Kids On-Line, Pockets, Highlights for Children, Cobblestone, Boys' Quest, Hopscotch for Girls, and Fun for Kidz. She is the author of the best-selling series Living and Celebrating Our Catholic Customs and Traditions published by Pauline Books & Media.
About the Illustrator:
Veronica Walsh pursued her childhood love for pictures and illustration at California State University, Long Beach where she studied art and design and received a BFA in Visual Communication Design. After college, she used her drawing and painting skills to articulate ideas for all sorts of things, including gift products, fabric designs, jewelry, menus, ads, websites, and packaging. Currently, she seeks opportunities to illustrate an author's words with heartfelt, wholesome characters.
