 This book hopes to inspire more Catholics to strive for their satisfaction through easier understanding of the spiritual life by reading the lives of the saints; to promote understanding of the spiritual and fraternal life of the Capuchin Franciscan Order; and to teach members of the St. Pio Prayer Groups and devotees of the saint about what and how they can follow and emulate the Capuchin Franciscan virtue of St. Pio of Pietrelcina.
And for the first time in print , the story of the third Filipino to be declared Blessed on October 13, 2013—Capuchin Father Jose Maria Saz-Orozco of Manila, one among thirty-two friars martyred in the Spanish Red Terror of 1936.
