Leadership Thoughts is about helping leaders become better leaders by making them realize and learn on how to address many of the issues that confront them as they try to carry their God–given mission. Aimed to serve as being more than just a book, it hopes to offer "personal ties" with the reader that it becomes the leaders´ guide, "encourager," inspirer, and possibly fill in the gap of a mentor in that particular point of time, situation, and need. Most importantly is that this book would bring the reader to the presence of the Lord (the Leader of leaders and the Mentor of mentors) as he sits down and reflects on his Word.
